Educational Requirement: three-year diploma or above

2. Over three years of work experience in relation to customer quality;

2. Over two years of experience in the maintenance of semiconductor epitaxy systems;

3. A good command of epitaxy techniques and semiconductor equipment;

4. A quick thinker and teamworker with strong analysis and judgement abilities and capable to solve problems.

Job Requirements:

1. In physics, optoelectronics and physical materials, or electronic science and technology, with a sound knowledge foundation of material science, semiconductor, or optoelectronics;

2. Over two years of experience in LED chip techniques or over one year of experience of product development of project management;

3. A calm, careful, patient, and positive teamworker; 

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and organization and coordination abilities.

Job Requirements:

1. In material science, physics, chemistry, optoelectronics, or micro-electronics;

2. Over three years of experience in LED chip production techniques, with a good command of semiconductor chip production techniques and good data analysis abilities;

3. A good communicator and teamworker with a sense of responsibility;

4. A good learner willing to do research.

Educational Requirement: master’s degree or PhD

Job Requirements:

1. In physics, material science, or electronic science;

2. Over five years of experience in epitaxy R&D for a master’s degree and over three years for a PhD, with a sight in the research on semiconductor and optoelectronicsic materials and components;

3. Professional in semiconductor epitaxial growth and LED epitaxy materials and performance;

4. With strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, highly creative;

5. A good communicator and quick learner and actor; 

6. Those with the experience in the management of MOCVD epitaxy and epitaxy material characterization projects are preferred.
